Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to work overnight shifts in a Long Term Care (LTC) mail order environment. This contract-to-hire position offers a unique 7-on, 7-off schedule from 9 PM to 8 AM, providing a consistent routine over a 7-week assignment with the potential for extension or transition to a direct hire role.

Location :

Carmel, IN

Schedule :

• Overnight shifts
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 9 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 AM, Monday through Sunday

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately dispense medications in a long-term care / mail order setting
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Counsel patients or caregivers as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes

Desired Experience and Qualifications :

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Indiana
• Prior experience in long-term care pharmacy strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Experience with mail order and retail pharmacy environments is a plus
