Community Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Community Analyst to provide support for data and tech products within a political context.

Key Responsibilities

Provide user support by troubleshooting technical questions and participating in a support rotation

Collaborate with the product team to facilitate training and rollout of new features and datasets

Maintain documentation and usability of tech and data products, ensuring they are current and relevant

Required Qualifications

Experience working on a political campaign or at a state party or political tech organization

Experience in an externally-facing role, such as user or customer support

Familiarity with VoteBuilder and other organizing tools

Basic understanding of SQL or similar languages for analyzing large datasets

Commitment to supporting the Democratic Party and improving political processes
