Position Summary

The Global Portfolio Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the global portfolio of specialty chemicals across multiple regions. This position will drive alignment between portfolio strategies and business objectives, ensuring efficient decision-making and maximizing returns on innovation and commercial efforts. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with deep market knowledge, contributing thought leadership and strategic vision within the company. The position is global, and therefore not necessarily based in any specific region, however a North America based candidate is preferred.

Responsibilities Will Include :

Portfolio Strategy and Management Focus on CASE portfolio (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers) :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for sourcing and distributing branded chemicals through strategic partnerships.
• Conduct a global review of key product and service offerings.
• Develop and implement global portfolio strategies by industry segment.
• Oversee product lifecycle management
• Identify emerging market opportunities and refine existing products.

Travel required, approximately 40-50%, domestic and international, with emphasis on China, India, other low-cost regions.

The salary range for the position of Global Portfolio Manager is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location / labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.
