    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure : Active and unrestricted Wisconsin Optometry License.
  • Skillset : Strong diagnostic abilities, proficiency with advanced optometric technology, and excellent patient communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License Required
