Our rapidly growing,hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Board Certified or BoardEligible Nocturnist to join our collaborative and highly respected hospitalistprogram. This full-time position offers a balanced 15-on / 15-off schedule, modernfacilities, and the support of a full complement of in-house specialties. Thisis a unique opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art medical center thatdelivers comprehensive care with strong specialty support, an open ICU, and awork culture that prioritizes physician well-being and professional growth.
Practice Highlights :
- Full-time hospital-employedposition
- 15 on / 15 off nocturnistschedule (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)
- Work alongside a dedicatednocturnist counterpart and Pulmonary / Critical Care physician
- Supported by TelemedicineCritical Care / Pulmonology and on-call specialists
- Procedure experiencepreferred, but not required
- Experienced day hospitalistteam with 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
- 1 : 5 nursing-patient ratio,adjusted for acuity
- Average hospitalist dailycensus : 15 patients
- Access to state-of-the-artdiagnostics and technology
