Sourcing Specialist
Bluewater provides comprehensive and innovative solutions for managing the lifecycle of large format batteries and solar panels. As a startup committed to further developing a circular economy, we innovate in the reuse, recycling, and resale of EV, e-mobility, material handling equipment, and energy storage technologies to promote sustainability and resource efficiency. We're on an exciting mission to reduce inefficiencies and enable a secondary marketplace for renewable energy equipment, and we're doing it in an emerging segment of renewable energy where strong operators can set the standard for growth and innovation.
Bluewater is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to help build and scale the supply side of our renewable energy marketplace. In this role, you'll source equipment, develop strong vendor relationships, and negotiate purchase terms that directly support our growing sales pipeline. You'll operate in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through matter, and where strong execution creates real leverage for the business. This is more than a transactional purchasing role. You'll have ownership over supplier engagement, pricing discipline, and deal execution as Bluewater continues to scale its marketplace.
If you like owning outcomes, moving fast, and being trusted to get things done, this role was built for you.
