Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Location : Kane, Pennsylvania

Shift : Nights, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM

Schedule : Two days on, two days off, three days on (rotating weekends)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment. This role involves supervising nursing services and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining a professional and caring atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and record medications and treatments as ordered.
• Accurately transcribe physician orders and update care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants to ensure prescribed care plans are followed.
• Assist physicians during rounds and collect laboratory specimens.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR / EMR).
• Participate in care plan conferences and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and safety standards.
