Regulatory & Product Development Specialist

We are looking for a  Product Development & Regulatory Specialist  for a food manufacturer on Long Island, NY.! You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure all products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable FDA / USDA regulations.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain product formulas and specifications
• Review labels, nutrition facts, and allergen info for compliance
• Conduct nutritional analysis and support new product launches
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on ingredient compliance
• Stay updated on regulatory trends and provide guidance to staff
