Opening for Breast Surgeon outside of BostonOpportunity in Brockton, MABoston 25mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC / BE Breast Surgeon to join team in Brockton, MAOverview : - Serve patients with breast cancer, interfacing with a multidisciplinary team of Surgeons, Medical and Radiation Oncologists, Radiologists, and ancillary staff.- Participate in the education of surgery residents and Physician Assistants.- Interest in other areas of Surgical Oncology or General Surgery is a plus, but not required.About Hospital : - Offers high-quality comprehensive surgical care in various specialties, including state-of-the-art, minimally invasive surgery.- Surgical programs include Colorectal Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.- The surgical team consists of licensed, extensively trained staff dedicated to providing the safest possible patient experience.Qualifications : - Experience in serving patients with breast cancer.- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.- Interest in education and training of surgical residents and PAs.- Board Certification in General Surgery or Surgical Oncology, with specialized training or extensive experience in breast surgery preferred.Benefits / Compensation : - 403(b) Retirement Plan and deferred Compensation 457(b) Plan. - Occurrence-based malpractice insurance. - Benefits include CME reimbursement up to $3,000, and one week of CME time. - Time off up to 24 days plus one week of CME and holidays.
