University Cancer & Blood Center is hiring a full time Patient Financial Navigator. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

Job Duties :

• Work with various drug assistance / reimbursement programs and patient assistance programs to get patient assistance needed.
• Meet with patients regarding balances, payment plans, financial resources
• Process monthly statements. Respond to patient inquiries regarding statement balances
• Collecting on money owed by patients
• Processing monthly refunds
