Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals who may need assistance due to age, illness, or disability. The Caregiver will enhance the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with daily living activities, including, light house prep, meal prep, Grocery Runs.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Remind patients to take medications and ensure adherence to treatment plans.

Monitor clients mobility and report their physical exercises that may have been directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.

Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and errands.

Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided and any observations made.

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; certified caregiver or relevant training is a plus.

Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform caregiving tasks.

Basic first aid and CPR certification is desirable.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Skills :

Empathetic and patient demeanor.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
