CDL A Truck Driver

Currently hiring OTR drivers!

We Offer :

• Drivers average $70K-$100K / yearly
• Paid by the mile (.58 CPM loaded and .50 unloaded depending on experience)
• Drivers are out 10-14 days at a time
• Hometime is flexible - usually 2 days home for every 1 week out
• Delay pay after 2 hours $20 / hour
• Layover pay $200 / day
• Breakdown pay $15 / hour
• Quarterly safety bonus

We pay for your yearly / biannual DOT physical exam

Responsibilities :

Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants.

Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance

Plan routes and meet delivery schedules

Input "macros" into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process

Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures

Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions

Collect and verify delivery instructions

Report defects, accidents or violations

Requirements :

CDL-A

12 months recent and verifiable tractor / trailer experience

Ability to obtain tank endorsement

Doubles / Triples endorsement
