Qualifications Education / Training : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or higher degree preferred Experience : Minimum one year business office experience preferred in Health Care / Insurance Verification and Collections with computer knowledge and data entry skills. One year of related experience, with knowledge of patient care techniques regarding co-occurring, mentally ill, or chemically dependent patients with understanding of co-occurring disorders, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalent Current Florida Driver’s License (may be required to drive company van on occasion) Current CPR Certification Must pass competency exams within 90 days of hire.
