Overview

We are seeking a motivated Agentic AI Engineer with a strong foundation in data engineering and AI orchestration. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our autonomous AI agents. You will use cutting-edge frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain to build agent capabilities and work extensively with our data stack—including dbt, Snowflake, AWS, and Airflow—to build and manage the data pipelines that are essential for our AI systems. This is a hands-on role where you will have a direct impact on our Agentic applications journey.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain
• Develop, test, and maintain data transformations and models using dbt to provide clean, reliable datasets for agent training and decision-making
• Build and maintain robust, scalable data and ML pipelines using Airflow to manage workflows and ensure timely data delivery
• Work within our analytical data infrastructure in Snowflake, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of data solutions that support our AI workloads
• Implement and support the cloud infrastructure on AWS required for our agentic AI systems, utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker
• Write high-quality, efficient Python code to implement and refine algorithms for agentic systems
• Work closely with product managers, research scientists, and other engineers to translate requirements into production-ready AI features

Job Designation

Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
