Power Platform Developer / Business Process Manager

12 Month W2 Contract

San Jose CA (Hybrid)

Heres how youll make an impact on the team :

Build or enhance tools to automate product launch process steps.
Collaborate with Pricing Operations team Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions to streamline product launches.
Prioritize activities based on customer impact business needs project dependencies and overall strategy.
Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions ensuring alignment with the organizations target architecture and technical standards.
Conduct thorough unit testing to validate functionality & reliability and create clear comprehensive documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical requirements.

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role :

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience required.

5 years of experience in application development.

Excellent Power Platform and SQL development skills with a particular emphasis on Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint.

Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with Azure services APIs or external systems.

Understanding of role-based security data protection and compliance within Power Platform.

Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking principles to build efficient scalable solutions that prioritize usability and intuitive workflows.

Skilled in creating user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate ensuring a seamless experience for end users.

Experience leveraging feedback and analytics to continuously improve solution design and user satisfaction.

Strong problem-solving skills to research and identify issues root cause and proposed resolution.

Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.

Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Approach work with positive energy curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

Working knowledge of standard software applications (SharePoint PowerPoint Excel Word Teams Acrobat Outlook).

Experience with Dataverse data models and embedding Power BI within Power Apps is preferred.

Other nice to have skills include experience with Atlassian Confluence Wiki automation processes VBA Jira SAP.

Pay Range :

$80.00 - $91.54 / hour
