These are logistics positions for candidates with sterile processing experience. They will not be cleaning instruments like normal, they will be keeping track of trays, surgical instruments, etc.
Coordinate daily workflow : decontamination → assembly → sterilization → distribution

Track and stage instrument trays and specialty sets for scheduled cases
Maintain inventory of instruments, supplies, and packaging materials
Communicate priorities and urgent needs with OR and clinical teams
Verify instruments are cleaned, inspected, and processed per protocol / manufacturer guidelines
Document sterilization cycles and maintain accurate records
Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies in tray contents
Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs / maintenance
Assign tasks and monitor technician productivity to meet case schedules
Enforce infection-control, safety, and hospital policy compliance
Train staff on procedures and support continuous process improvement
Experience :
Sterile processing : 3 years (Required)
License / Certification :
CRCST (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
