Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the wellness staff ensure high-quality patient care and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage daily nursing operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents health and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director care team and healthcare providers to support individualized resident care plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the EHR.
• Manage medication inventory ordering and ensuring compliance with storage counts and handling regulations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents families and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe medication area and promote a supportive wellness environment.
• Provide attentive compassionate service that respects residents mobility cognitive and sensory needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members while upholding ethics and integrity.
