Number of Beds – 36 beds

Number of Staff – 60-65

Type of staff :

Day Shift – 1 Charge, 7 RN, 3 PCT, 1-3 sitters

Night Shift – 1 Charge, 7 RN, 3 PCT, 1-3 Sitters

Patient Ratios – 6 : 1 (low acuity) surge to 7 : 1 (Rare)

Type of equipment - Typical

EMR - Meditech

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Ability to handle 6 : 1 ratio

Time management skills

List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :

1 Full assessment, Q8 focused assessment, IV ABX

Bladder scans, Discharge education, admission assessments

Dress Code :

Scrub Color - Teal or white

No Offensive tattoos or t-shirts
