About the Job :

A Speedway / 7-Eleven Restaurant and sales associate is responsible for :

Greeting walk-in customers.
Guiding customers toward the products they are seeking.
Upselling various products through suggestive selling and persuasive skills.
Ensuring sufficient staffing levels.
Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
Maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store.
Promoting 7-Eleven to guests and the community.
Maximizing sales and profits.
Identifying and resolving sales obstacles.
Managing and maintaining proper inventory levels and controls.

Qualifications :

A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.

Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.

Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making one of our customer-favorites, coffee!

Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.

Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.

The ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Has outstanding communication skills, mathematical ability, and team-oriented values.

18+ years of age.
