Job Overview

Fairview is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Cottage Grove. Our clinic offers a welcoming, small-town feel while also providing patients with access to outstanding resources and system-wide support.

Practice Details :

• 9 provider primary care practice which includes 5 Primary Care Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
• Opening : 1.0 FTE - flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency : 1 : 3 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
• Examines, diagnoses and treats patients of all ages, for acute injuries, infections, illnesses and counsels' patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.
