Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a company based in Apopka, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support customers by providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance related to clothing and apparel products.

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour.

Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. (1st shift), 6 : 00 am to 2 : 00 am (2nd shift).

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing orders and returns, resolving product or service issues, and offering style or sizing guidance.
• The CSR ensures a positive shopping experience by maintaining strong communication, accurate information, and a high level of professionalism across phone, email, chat, or in-store interactions.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time, temporary.
