As the firm continues to expand its global portfolio, we are seeking a Project Operations Manager to play a key leadership role within our Miami-based headquarters—driving operational excellence, team coordination, and project delivery across an expanding roster of elite, design-driven projects.

Position Summary

The Project Operations Manager will serve as a central leader within the firm, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from concept through completion. Working closely with the Owner / Principal, this individual will oversee scheduling, workflow, systems, and internal operations that support high-end design projects worldwide.

This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment—someone who combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operational Leadership

• Manage the firm’s master project schedules, ensuring clarity and accountability across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to track milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Partner with accounting to manage budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling or resource challenges.
• Support the Owner / Principal in long-term project forecasting and strategic growth initiatives.

Salary Range : $90,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
