UCT is looking for a talented Sr Financial Analyst to join us in Austin, TX !

We are looking to hire a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) analyst, that will provide finance partnership to the R&D, Sales and G&A functions. This position will report to the Sr Director of FP&A of the Products BU.

This role will focus on driving the Austin site's annual plan and quarterly forecast process. This role will also provide key analytics for site profitability, business insights, and decision support, as well as supporting strategic site initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage and drive the site's gross margin planning and forecasting processes (mid-quarter, quarterly, annual) by partnering with local Operations management team and department heads with focus on :

Headcount planning
