About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (Family & Primary Care) to join a growing, patient-centered healthcare team. What You’ll Do
Provide primary and family care services through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Deliver evidence-based care and health counseling focused on prevention and chronic condition management
Conduct routine physical exams, manage minor injuries and illnesses, and guide patients on healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care
Manage clinic operations, including opening / closing duties, inventory, and patient follow-up
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in compliance with clinical standards
Encourage patients to actively engage in their own care and wellness
Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
Current National Board Certification and State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an NP in family medicine or primary care (preferred)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required; copy due at offer acceptance)
Strong working knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Comfortable using clinical software and electronic medical records systems
Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (as applicable)
Schedule & Work Environment
Part-time : 17–28 hours per week
Every other weekend required (with potential holiday rotation)
No overnight or on-call responsibilities
Safety-sensitive, onsite role with direct patient interaction
