ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member with Poonam Walia - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, promote our insurance products, and secure appointments for our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products
• Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance policies
• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning techniques
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Compensation : $17.00 per hour
