Service Operations Manager

Our Service Managers are responsible for overseeing service function(s) including but not limited to providing quality service to all customers and successfully meets and / or exceeds production goals, managing service call backs, customer satisfaction and cost control (inventory). Our Service Manager are responsible to assist in the recruiting, hiring, and training Service Professionals, monitor production goals, provide tailored coaching and action plans to motivate team members, conduct branch meetings, provide in-the-field leadership, and ensure that the customers receive exceptional customer service and have positive experiences with every interaction.
