Senior Estimator

Position Overview : We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, including soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation / masterplan initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed estimates including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs
• Define and quantify scope of work and develop conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates
• Review historical data and compile summary reports to inform future estimates
• Work on high-profile projects such as stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions

This is a contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
