Compensation : $32–$35 / hour starting base (DOE) with performance review and compensation increase at 90 days based on revenue benchmarks

About the Role :

Cure Advanced Aesthetics, a premier boutique med spa and surgical aesthetic center led by Dr. Julene Samuels, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Aesthetic Nurse & Medi-Spa Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique and long-term career opportunity for a provider looking to grow into a leadership role, gain hands-on aesthetic and surgical experience, and help shape the future of a cutting-edge aesthetic practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide in-office patient consultations and treatments alongside Dr. Samuels
  • Deliver aesthetic spa services including injectables, facials, body contouring, and intimate wellness treatments (training provided)
  • Assist in in-office surgical suite as needed in pre-op, PACU, circulating, and occasionally scrubbing (training provided)
  • Manage treatment follow-ups and develop personalized aesthetic plans
  • Cross-promote surgical and non-surgical procedures
  • Participate in practice events and “friends and family” days to gain hands-on experience
  • Assist in building treatment schedules and enhancing spa revenue
  • Train with device reps and attend professional development summits after foundational training
  • Eventually oversee spa operations and contribute to business growth strategies

    • Qualifications :

  • Registered Nurse (KY) – Required to perform injectable or device-based services
  • At least 1 year of experience in aesthetics, injectables, or body treatments preferred
  • OR experience is not required (training provided on-site)
  • Strong communication skills, high energy, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within the practice
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
  • Long-term commitment to the role is essential
