Job description

Position Description :

This role is for a Technical Transition Manager to lead an effort to migrate multi PB of data from one storage vendor to another. This will include all the ancillary tasks needed like changes to ITSM systems disaster recovery changes billing changes etc. This role will be responsible for storage project. This is hybrid role located in Phoenix AZ.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

The primary duty of this role will be to assist with a multi PB migration of data from one storage vendor to another. After the project is complete there will be opportunities for both technical and project management duties.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • . A successful candidate should be deeply knowledgeable on Enterprise SAN (Hitachi or Netapp preferred) and have led many enterprise storage projects such as array migrations fabric migrations etc.
  • . Enterprise Storage Provisioning and Management-10 years
  • . CISCO San fabric experience-5 years
  • . IP Center knowledge-3 years
  • . Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • . Minimum education : High School Diploma or GED

Other Information :

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89600.00 - $156000.00.
