Job Description :

The CSR / Call Center Specialist will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support through phone and email. This position involves managing a high volume of inbound inquiries, processing orders in an ERP system, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle 30-60 inbound calls and 15-30 customer emails per day with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, quotes, returns, and tracking inquiries.
  • Process and manage orders through ERP systems, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Address escalations, propose solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Meet daily performance metrics, including call and email volume.

Requirements :

  • Proven ability to handle full-cycle customer service and order processing with a high volume of inbound calls and email management.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage both calls and emails efficiently.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
