Job Title : Lead Commercial HVAC Technician

Pay Rate : $40 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshooting Diagnostics & Optimization : Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Preventive Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performance assessments
  • Controls Integration : Collaborate on integrating HVAC systems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
  • Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations.
  • Safety & Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and complies with relevant regulations.

  • Knowledge of the latest HVAC technologies and trends in the commercial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

    • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
  • Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30 certification - preferred
  • Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers
  • Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some over night.
  • Proficiency in reading HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Experience with BAS integration and HVAC control systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid HVAC certification / license as required by local regulations.
