Client Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager responsible for fostering relationships with key clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients to address their research and commercial needs

Provide support for client onboarding and serve as the primary contact for client-related issues

Manage client orders and ensure accurate account information on Salesforce and Connect / Bloodhub platforms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare, or client-facing roles

Experience with client and account management, and operational collaboration

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
