Key Responsibilities :

• Machining Operations : Operate and maintain a range of machining equipment including lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture high-precision parts and components. Ensure that machinery is set up and adjusted correctly for each job.
• Precision Measurement : Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to take precise measurements of machined parts. Ensure that all components meet exact specifications and tolerances.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Accurately translate these specifications into operational instructions for machinery.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough inspections and tests of machined parts to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Make necessary adjustments and corrections to meet project requirements.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment to keep it in optimal working condition. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues or discrepancies that arise during machining operations.
