Your Role :

Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the system.

Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and other required documentation.

Perform data entry and update shipment statuses in the system.

Assist with inventory checks, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse personnel regarding shipment priorities and discrepancies.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail when checking and recording shipments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
