Our client, a leading organization in property and facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and effective interpersonal communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title : Facilities Coordinator
Location : Denver, CO
Pay Range : 22.22
Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (flexible for lunch)
What's the Job?
Coordinate and oversee facility tasks and work orders to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of facility activities and work orders.
Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations at a Class A type facility.
What's Needed?
Some experience in facilities management or related fields.
High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
Proficiency with computer software and general computer knowledge.
Strong customer service orientation and work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
