The Fitness Coach is a vital member of the Anytime Fitness team, responsible for delivering a high-quality training experience to all members. This role combines coaching, motivation, and accountability to help members achieve their personal fitness goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members.
- Design and implement customized workout programs.
- Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise form, technique, and safety.
- Monitor member progress and adjust training plans as needed.
- Encourage member engagement, accountability, and retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area.
- Support club culture by promoting teamwork, positivity, and member success.
Qualifications :
Current CPR / AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.Accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.Prior personal training or coaching experience preferred.Compensation :
Competitive hourly rate plus session-based commission and performance bonuses.
Schedule :
Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
