Available PT Shifts :
Full Time : 25 visits per week M-F
Part Time : 18 visits per week M-F
Per Diem : 5 visits per week M-F
Early Intervention PT Responsibilities Include :
Work closely with families using coaching model.
Support developmental outcomes.
Uses electronic documentation system for each visit.
Complete weekly home visits
Requirements :
Early Intervention or Pediatric experience required
License active and in good standing
Pay : Up to $75 per visit
