What You'll Do :

As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work with children to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. You'll be part of a supportive team that works together to make each day fun, rewarding, and full of growth for both the kids and our team members.

Your Role Includes :

• Working directly with children (usually one-on-one) to support behavior goals
• Following a personalized plan created for each child
• Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills
• Supporting families and sharing progress
• Taking notes and tracking the child's progress
• Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible

What We're Looking For :

Please Note : This position requires availabilityMonday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.Shifts may be in the morning or afternoon. This rolestarts as part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time hours as the position develops. While we aim to provide consistent opportunities for additional hours,full-time status is not guaranteed.
