Here's what you'll be doing :

Build and manage referral relationships across hospitals, doctors' offices, rehabs, and senior communities

Own your territory — you'll have room to build, not just maintain

Collaborate with a care team that's known for great outcomes and fast follow-through

Pay structure is strong :

60K–$150K+ depending on experience and what you bring with you
