We are seeking qualified candidates for our Part Time Driver - Outpatient PHP - Dover Location position. The selected candidate will provide safe, efficient transportation services to patients and visitors under the department of Patient Transportation, Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Safely and timely transport patients or visitors to and from specified locations
- Conduct safety inspections of company vehicles prior to and after any transportations
- Address vehicle maintenance and repair needs in accordance with established procedures
- Oversee the safe storage and transport of patient medications
- Run errands, pick up supplies and make deliveries as requested
- Maintain transportation logbook and other documentation associated with services provided
- Identify, document, and report any and all instances of adult or child abuse and neglect to the appropriate parties including a member of management, the police, and state agencies
