A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist. Key Responsibilities Design and implement compliance frameworks to minimize legal risks and ensure alignment with regulations Oversee operational compliance, including audits and adherence to health and safety laws Develop and manage sustainability reporting in accordance with ESG regulations Required Qualifications Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems and structure ideas effectively High level of ambition and responsibility for work outcomes Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Experience in compliance or related fields is preferred
