Healthcare United, a progressive, academic health system in central New York , is seeking Board-Eligible / Board-Certified Anesthesiologists to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive compensation package, a generous sign-on bonus of up to $150K, and visa sponsorship for J-1 and H-1B candidates . Position Highlights

As an Anesthesiologist at Healthcare United , you will :

  • Join an established group of 14 physicians and 20 CRNAs in a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model .
  • Work in five corporately affiliated hospitals , as well as skilled nursing facilities, community health centers, and school-based clinics .
  • Manage a full spectrum case mix with a diverse patient population .
  • Experience a meaningful medical direction ratio (1 : 2) with opportunities for solo work .
  • Take 3-4 call shifts per month , with post-call days off .
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring SRNAs, medical students, and residents.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined clinical workflows.

Requirements

  • MD, DO, or MBBS with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
  • New York State Medical License (or eligibility).
  • BLS / ACLS / PALS Certification Required.
  • DEA Registration Required.
