Travel MRI Tech jobs in Willimantic, CT let you work with advanced imaging technology while exploring a vibrant New England community.

You will operate MRI equipment, prepare and position patients for scans, inject contrast media, maintain imaging equipment, and collaborate with doctors and nurses for accurate diagnostic results. You will also provide comfort and guidance to patients during procedures and maintain detailed patient records. Assignments typically last 8 to 13 weeks, offering flexibility and variety.

To qualify, you should have at least 1 year of recent MRI experience, be skilled in operating MRI equipment, and possess the ability to educate patients about procedures and collect relevant medical history. Licensure and certifications as required by state and employer are necessary. Experience with calibrating machinery and performing scans ordered by physicians is recommended.
