$2,695 to $2,731 per week

About The Position

Facility : Central Vermont Medical Center

Assignment for up to 32 weeks

Med-Surg : Acute M / S Tele RN. A minimum of every other weekend and / or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. NG tube insertion, peripheral IV insertion, telemetry strip interpretation all done by bedside. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements :

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS are required - NIHSS prior to starting; Telemetry certification is preferred
• 5 years' of med surg tele experience OR 3 years of tele experience is required
• Prior travel is required
• Must have completed 2 travel assignments in 300+ bed facilities OR have previous experience at any UVMHN acute care facility
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
