RN – Labor & Delivery
Location : Port Arthur, TX 77640
Shifts : 3x12s – Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a)
Bonus : $15,000 sign-on bonus , paid out over 1 year (3 payments)

Client Needs :
Experienced L&D nurse with strong skills across L&D, LDRP, circulating C-sections, newborn transition, and general labor care. Looking for someone with a positive attitude who can also precept and step into charge when needed.
Required Experience & Certifications
- 2+ years of L&D or LDRP experience
- Active RN license in Texas
- Unit-required certifications (BLS, CPI, etc.)
- NIHS Scale, stroke education, cardiac education, and ortho education per department competencies
Certifications : - BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate / Advanced Fetal Monitoring
- STABLE (preferred)

The RN plans, organizes, and delivers patient care for the assigned shift. This includes assessing patients, coordinating care with providers and interdisciplinary teams, advocating for patients, and maintaining current nursing standards and policies.
When acting as Charge Nurse, responsibilities include :
