About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the manufacturing and assembly environment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies that align with business goals, providing comprehensive financial insights and recommendations, and leading financial planning and analysis processes. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and overseeing a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Applicants must have a Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred, and at least 15 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, particularly with knowledge of cost accounting principles, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in a similar revenue company, experience in implementing and optimizing ERP systems, and a strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making to enhance financial transparency and performance metrics.
