Job Description : Summary

  • The Account Manager - EOR / AOR acts as the strategic, day-to-day liaison for clients, MSPs, and contingent workers, ensuring seamless execution across the full contingent workforce lifecycle.
  • This role supports operational excellence, data integrity, compliance, and business growth through strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Contractor Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, managing onboarding, payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with clients, MSPs, and internal stakeholders to clarify contractor project scopes and documentation.
  • Build trust with MSP partners and client teams, driving program visibility and operational alignment.
  • Onboarding & Compliance

  • Guide contractors through background checks, classification, document review, and platform orientation.
  • Ensure EOR / AOR compliance with client-specific and regulatory standards; monitor onboarding progress and manage escalations.
  • Timekeeping & Payroll

  • Oversee accurate submission of timesheets and deliverables; proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with payroll / billing teams and assist with approvals for timely processing.
  • Account Management & Reporting

  • Maintain client portals and internal tracking systems with high data accuracy.
  • Prepare and present performance metrics, status reports, and QBR content for stakeholders.
  • Document escalations and resolutions thoroughly; collaborate to ensure resolution and follow-through.
  • Account Growth & Business Development

  • Support business development by identifying opportunities for upselling and new services within client accounts.
  • Partner with sales and MSP teams to promote service enhancements and identify new revenue streams.
  • Participate in RFP / RFI development, contract negotiations, and client pitches.
  • Attend client events or QBRs in-person, as needed (some travel required).
  • Required Skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications tailored to professional / executive audiences.
  • Proven multitasking, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in MS Office, CRM, payroll or HRIS systems.
  • Self-starter with a strong customer service orientation and proactive approach to relationship-building.
  • Strong negotiation and contract rate management experience aligned with client expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen actively and uncover business growth opportunities.
  • Experience in staffing, contingent labor, or talent acquisition-particularly with executive or high-level placements.
  • Familiarity with EOR, AOR, and Corp-to-Corp engagement models.
  • Prior success delivering white-glove service to clients and contractors.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in account management or client operations roles in workforce, staffing, HR or payroll services
