The Opportunity
The Program Coordinator will be part of the Outreach Department and work under the leadership and supervision of the Program Manager II to support the development and implementation of the SANAH Program over its 5-year grant cycle. Responsibilities :
- Program Support : Contribute to the daily operations of the SANAH program, ensuring alignment with GRID outreach practices and program rules
- Project Management : Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently and effectively
- Stakeholder Coordination and Communication : Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure program success
- Resource Management : compile and organize outreach resources to support the success of the team and program
- Process improvement : Work with various stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline processes
- General Administrative Support : Field and respond to various outreach-related inquiries and take on responsibilities as assigned

This position may require 10%-25% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects. Availability to work nights and weekends may be required.
GRID Alternatives may provide vehicles for work travel and / or travel reimbursement for personal vehicle use. In this instance, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay commensurate with experience within the pay band ($20-$29 per hour), plus the benefits listed below.
