SVS Group is currently looking to hire a 2nd Shift Assemblers / Crate Builders for one of our best Manufacturing Clients here in Phoenix, AZ. You will have typical job duties to include :

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Assembler & Crate Builder to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment. As a Crate Builder you will follow Blueprints to build crates to ship radiators in. You will use a nail gun and other power tools and hand tools. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities :

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
  • Use a nail gun, power tools and hand tools to assemble components and products
  • Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Assist in fabricating or modifying parts as required

Qualifications :

  • We are looking for someone that has at least 2+ years in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, or Assembly.
  • Familiarity with nail guns, power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics is a must
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude. Must know how to read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

    2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 1 : 30pm - 10pm plus overtime as needed during the week and on Saturday.
