We are seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to partner with a dynamic financial technology startup specializing in global payroll and financial operations. This pivotal role will enhance managing core accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and streamlining financial workflows during an exciting growth phase.

In this position, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and GAAP-compliant reporting while actively seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and financial operations for multiple entities with approximately $200k in monthly transaction volume.
• Execute month-end close efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage reconciliations, GAAP-compliant reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain organized records across QuickBooks, internal ledgers, and Google Sheets / Excel.
